Spill Kit
Selector
Spill Station Asia is ready to help you choose the right absorbents for industrial use to ensure a fast, safe, and effective response to spills. We select solutions tailored to the type of substance, spill size, and application to help reduce risks in the workplace.
The right Spill Kit Selector for you
Choosing the right spill kit can be complex. The absorbents you need depend on the type of liquid in the area, storage location, maximum potential spill size, and areas likely to be affected. To respond effectively, you should choose a kit of the appropriate size with absorbents that correctly support the type of substance. The absorbent capacity should be at least equal to the largest container or no less than 25% of the total volume transported on a pallet.
For example, if you are transporting a pallet with forty-eight 20L drums (totaling 960L), the chosen absorbent should have a capacity of at least 240L.
Our absorbent selector makes choosing the right materials easy. Simply follow 3 easy steps to find the best absorbent for your application.

Choose the right absorbents across Thailand
These are essential equipment for any area where hazardous liquids are handled or stored, such as oil, fuel, solvents, and other substances that could cause contamination in the workplace, as well as impact the health of workers and the environment.
Absorbents are critical in areas where primary containers such as storage tanks, oil drums, or IBCs (Intermediate Bulk Containers) are located outside of a bunded area, such as container transfer areas within a site or during the process of decanting substances from one container to another.
The best absorbents for Thailand
Our absorbents are manufactured from high-quality materials and meet the standards required for industrial
use. The kits include absorbent pads, granular absorbents, booms, personal protective equipment (PPE), contaminated waste disposal bags, and other equipment necessary for managing spills safely, quickly, and effectively. The contents of the kit can be customized or supplemented to suit the specific needs of each organization.
Our absorbents are widely used in various industries such as agriculture, liquid handling, industrial plants, warehouses, workshops, refueling areas, loading docks, processing plants, and storage areas for Class 3 and Class 6 hazardous materials.
No matter your business or industry type, or the type of liquid you need to manage, we have the right absorbent for you.

Frequently Asked Questions about Absorbents
Absorbents for chemicals should be chosen based on the type of substance used, such as acids, alkalis, or hazardous chemicals, to ensure effective absorption and reduce the risk of leaks.
Universal absorbents are suitable for general liquids such as water, oil, and coolants. Chemical absorbents are specifically designed for corrosive and hazardous chemicals. Always check the SDS (Safety Data Sheet) before selection.
Choosing an absorbent should consider the type of liquid, the application area, the potential spill volume, and the factory’s safety requirements.
In areas where chemicals are used regularly, ready-to-use equipment like a Spill Kit should be placed at high-risk points to ensure a rapid emergency response and minimize operational impact.
Oil-only absorbents are designed to absorb only oil and oil-based liquids while repelling water, making them ideal for use in wet areas or near water sources.
Chemical absorbents can handle a wide range of hazardous chemicals, including acids, alkalis, and corrosives, making them suitable for factories, laboratories, and chemical storage areas.
Absorbents should be replaced immediately after use or when they become saturated and can no longer absorb more liquid. Additionally, the condition of materials and equipment should be inspected regularly. If damage or deterioration is found, they should be replaced to ensure emergency readiness.
